ABOUT CLAYTON LOEWEN

My practice is focused on the areas of Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Corporate law. Meeting new people is one of the most interesting aspects of my work. My goal is to provide my clients with excellent service and put a smile on their face.

My greatest strength is the team of people who work with me. My head real estate assistant has worked with me for over 20 years and my corporate assistant has been with me for over 14 years. ABOUT JOSHUA BACH

Josh Bach practices in the areas of Wills and Estates (including Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements), Real Estate (residential and commercial), and Corporate and Business law (including contracts and closely-held corporations). Josh practiced law in Ontario for over 25 years (15 years operating his own practice in Hamilton) before relocating to Abbotsford in 2006.

Josh has been a presenter in local seminars providing information on estate issues. Josh is particularly interested in community development and corporate governance.

Josh has a leadership role in the local community:
President: Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce (2015-2017)

Josh is also an active member of the following organizations:
– Abbotsford Hospice Society (Donor Relations and Development Committee)
– Business in Black

Daniel Grice worked at a family run software company and organized for non-profit organizations before entering the legal profession and lives in the Fraser Valley where he grew up. When he’s not assisting clients, he’ll be at the park with his young daughter or walking his Airedale terrier.

Daniel practices in the areas of Wills and Estates, Real Estate, Business law, and Tax Planning and Appeals (including SR&ED).

Daniel has won scholastic awards in Income Tax Law, Corporate Tax, and Copyright.

Daniel is also an active member of the following organizations:
– Fraser Valley Technical Tax Group
– Estate Planning Council of Abbotsford
